Our client, a leading brand in wholesale retail, faced challenges with store-level discipline and planogram integrity across the independent retailer landscape. They needed a solution to enhance visibility into retailer distribution and uncover new sales opportunities.

Leveraging our proprietary wholesaler tool, we focused on improving distribution and sales performance for seven key SKUs. We utilized wholesaler data to identify key distribution gaps and pinpoint where retail voids existed for the client’s products.

We used data-led alerts to proactively identify retail voids and ensure optimal shelf placement. Targeted void questions were sent to our retail representatives at specific locations, who addressed the issue on-shelf, with results promptly reported to the client.

Our strategy delivered a 46% increase in sales for the seven SKUs over an 8-week period compared to the same period a year prior. We also improved total distribution points (TDPs) by 37.6%, ensuring broader availability of the client’s products across the retailer’s locations.
